Shipping and returns

Anything shown in stock is on the shelf at Vishwas Nagar, Shahadara, Delhi, and can be collected during counter hours, Mon–Sat, 10:00-19:00 IST. Quote your order number.

We dispatch within one working day of payment clearing for stocked lines. Delivery charges depend on weight, destination, and whether the consignment needs a dedicated vehicle — cable reels and racks are bulky and are quoted individually.

Delivery estimates are working days and exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Check the packing on receipt. Transit damage must be reported within 48 hours with photographs of the packaging and the goods, or we cannot claim against the carrier.

Unused goods in original packing may be returned within seven days of delivery for credit or refund, less any return carriage. Tell us before sending anything back so we can raise a return reference.

Cable cut to length, custom-terminated assemblies and special-order items are not returnable unless faulty.

Report a fault with the invoice number and a description of what the item is connected to. Most faults in this trade are supply or installation related, and we would rather diagnose it with you than have you send back a working part.

Confirmed manufacturing defects within the warranty period are replaced. Where the manufacturer requires assessment, we handle that on your behalf.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within seven working days of the goods being received and checked. Dealer accounts are credited against the account unless a refund is specifically requested.
